​Eddie McGowan

CEO and Director of Strategy & Operations

Eddie brings more than 30 years' experience in the Real Estate, Legal, and Software Development industries. He is a licensed real estate broker, attorney, and real estate instructor. He has been a hearing panel member for Realtor® ethics and arbitration hearings, and MLS rules violations,, a Director of LIBOR (Long Island Board of Realtors®) and of MLSLI (Multiple Listing Service of Long Island), and was a Manager of OneKey® MLS for 5 years. 

He strives to balance strategic thinking with operational excellence, and he uses automated and integrated technology to ensure that strategic plans are translated into efficient workflows.  He is the co-founder of mintLX, Inc., and the creator of RE-Spyre CRM™ and DynamicEdge CRM. His career in software began in 1987 and included developing a database system for Gov. Mario Cuomo's NYC Press Office, and a bond trading workflow/trading platform that employed genetic algorithms. After graduating from law school and forming his own real estate brokerage, DynamicEdge Realty, he soon realized that an automated CRM, and integrated digital office, are essential for handling the complexities of a real estate practice. Over 20 years that CRM has evolved into the RE-Spyre CRM that is now integrated with Stratus in mintLX™. 

​Carlos Grass

President and Director of Backend Technology

Carlos brings more than 30 years' experience in the MLS and Real Estate information industry, including strategic planning, expertise in providing hands-on leadership and direction for design, development and deployment of some of the largest online computer systems for the Real Estate industry. He managed Stratus for LIBOR for more than 25 years, having co-founded Stratus Data Systems with the mission of bringing feature-rich web-based MLS systems for medium to large size Multiple Listing Services. Most recently, Carlos co-founded Amplify Systems LLC, Multi List Platform LP, and mintLX, Inc., ushering in a new era of innovation, integration, free choice and flexibility in North America and Europe.

Griffin Wray

Strategic Sales Director

Griffin has nearly 10 years' experience as an Outbound Sales Executive, Senior Sales Executive, and Business Development Rep in some of the largest Real Estate Lead Generation/CRM companies you can name:  BoomTown, Ylopo and Sierra Interactive. There he developed sales strategies to meet revenue targets, managed sales teams, including hiring, training and performance evaluations, performed sales forecasting and market analysis to determine market trends, customer needs, and to identify new business opportunities. Griffin is now helping to drive mintLX's™ outbound sales by building strong relationships with Long Island brokers and agents. He is expanding and managing our sales and support teams, and collaborates in the development of our marketing and sales strategies, helping to assure they align with the strategic goals of mintLX™ and our subscribers.

SENIOR DEVELOPERS / OPERATIONS

​Paul Hethmon

Paul holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. His career began working with agricultural economics data at the University of Tennessee, andon various Internet protocols including FTP, SMTP, and HTTP, and in 1997, he authored the Illustrated Guide to HTTP for Manning Press. In 1998, Paul joined Marketlinx Solutions when it had a single customer. Over the following 6 years he helped the company grow from that single customer to over 30 customers in the MLS industry. He was the primary architect of the Tempo 3 MLS platform, one of the most popular of that time period. In 2004, he joined and helped form Clareity Security, providing security solutions to the real estate industry. Clareity grew from a single customer to over 150 when it was acquired by CoreLogic in 2017. Paul served as the CTO and Chief Architect for Clareity overseeing SafeMLS, Risk, and Dashboard products., and he joined Amp Systems in March 2021 as their CTO. During his tenure in the real estate industry, Paul has worked with RETS and RESO in various roles, and helped promote and popularize SSO technology for real estate agents.

​Greg Hoyt

Greg holds an MBA in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, and a B.S. in Information Technology. His early career was in Social Welfare working with children in the foster care system, and people with HIV and chronic diseases.  In 2002, Greg joined FNIS as support rep supporting 20 different products., and became VP of Operations for the DPN product before it was sold.  He joined Clareity Security in 2015 as their Manager of Implementation and Support.

​Richard Marlow

Richard brings over 20 years' experience in the Real Estate information technology industry. to mintLX.™ He began in this industry in 2001 at MarketLinx Solutions (later also CoreLogic) with the dual role of Trainer and Quality Assurance tester. As his training role ended, he took on Technical Operations responsibilities as well as managing the Quality Assurance department, and those same roles continued when he moved on to Clareity Security in 2011. He built both the QA and Technical Operations departments to ensure the quality, stability and seamless delivery of the Clareity applications to their 150 customers. In 2017 he handed off the role of QA manager to focus solely on Technical Operations. He structured the migration of Clareity Applications from their on-premises datacenter to the Google Cloud Platform so it could be performed with minimal disruption to the customers.  Richard joined Amplify Systems in 2021 as Director of Technical Operations.

​Laszlo Szijarto

Laszlo began programming at the age of 10, and went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree from Loyola University of Chicago, graduating Summa cum Laude.  He has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology, and his career by working for a small document-management company, where he conceived, designed, and developed one of the first-ever “Software as a Service” (SaaS) systems, at a time when the internet was mostly just a collection of static webpages, and that solution remains in use today with little modification. 

Laszlo then moved on to become a Software Engineer at NASA (the Glenn Research Center in Cleveland)., and was promoted to a Lead Software Engineer where he developed embedded applications on Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) in C++ to control scientific instruments for experiments conducted aboard the space shuttle. He then then took on the role of Systems Architect at KeyBank, where he was the technical lead on numerous multi-million-dollar projects. 

From there, he was recruited by rival bank National City to become a Service Architect, an Assistant Vice President, and later an Enterprise Architect, a key member of the Architecture Review Board. He then served as Chief Architect at the Mistras Group, guiding their roadmap and software product architecture for 8 years before joining Amplify in July 2021, where he returned to his first love, hands-on software development.  Over the course of his career, Laszlo has worked with many different programming languages, including C# .NET, C/C++, and Java on a variety of platforms.

​Jacob Banker

Jacob holds a B.S. degree in Computer & Information Systems from Northwestern State University of Louisiana. He started programming early as a hobby, and later pursued an education in the subject to further hone his skills. He holds a decade of experience from a wide variety of sources from frontend to backend, operations, database management/design, and data analytics.

​Jamie Javery

Jamie has 18 years' experience in real estate technology working as a software engineer and a product manager. During that time he has delivered cutting-edge solutions to several large boards and brokers, including Keller Williams Realty International, Douglas Elliman, the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR), and the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). For Stratus Data Systems, Jamie led the product and engineering teams during the development of Stratus Collab, a clean, simple, easy-to-use client-collaboration platform which is the foundation for TRREB's REALM and TRREB's consumer search.
